The only thing that I didn’t like was the price as it was little bit overpriced. "I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"I was told the week before that they would install on Monday or Thursday. On Thursday night, still no install. Friday morning about 7:30 they arrived. It took over 9 hours (not all that time spent onsite). They left 2 small pieces of trash, but it was dark by then. They didn't curse, leave a mound of cigarette butts, or make inappropriate comments that I heard."
