"The work Jennifer did was many hours of removing piles of stuff, sorting, cleaning, with bags going to trash, donate, small amount the resident wanted to keep, serious cleaning needed and done. When I first realized the work needed to be done I wasn't sure I could find anyone that would actually do it. Jennifer just tackled it head on, dug in and got it done. With kindness, honesty and efficiency. Jennifer was a lifesaver and a jewel. I would recommend her totally, and would rehire her in a heartbeat. It wasn't cheap but was worth every penny. "everything was removed from the house, all walls and ceiling were primed and painted. A few (but obvious) flaws in the painting. I believed that all boxes were to be unpacked - the house restored completely to the previous condition, this was not done. The BIG issue was that numerous items were not returned - several small ones of little value, but one important one (which David did replace) and a couple of irreplaceable ones. Nice to work with, but overall I was not pleased with the end result"
