Hello, I am a pocket full of sunshine who has been through a lot of cloudy days and found God through all the storms. I am a mommy and a business woman who is trying to teach my son the best lessons in life, no matter where you’ve been God will always put you where you need to be, be honest and work hard for the life you want! \nI am honest, dependable, and one of the hardest working people you will ever meet. I show everyone and their houses the love that Jesus intended us to show each other. I would love to be a trusted part of the family and someone who takes the weight of everyday home cleaning chaos off your shoulders. <3

"This is a company that knows what they are doing, and they do their job VERY well!!! We contacted them to clean our gutters and downspouts. I worked on the yard, raking leaves, while they were BUSY working! They were friendly and professional - AND thorough! Once they were finished with cleaning the gutters, they power washed our front porch and sidewalk. I was absolutely amazed with the results! We will be contacting them again!"

"My husband and I purchased a condo and the carpet was old and very dirty and had pet stains. We can't replace right away so we had it cleaned with Eagle Carpet Cleaning. WOW! Couldn't believe how great it looks! Carpet literally looks new! All the stains are gone! And it smells fresh! And it wasn't wet when she finished. We signed up for a cleaning every 6 months because of my husband's asthma. I highly recommend Eagle Carpet Cleaning!"

I purchased a 4-plex that  was built about 1949  which over the decades  had  several different shades of  paint  on the trim.  Many years of neglect  resulted in peeling paint, dry rot and warped wood.   On 4 September 2014   Dave & Lynn arrived promptly to give a free estimate.  They did a through inspection of the exterior of the house and  Dave wrote a proposal, which I felt was reasonable  considering the amount of work that was going to be involved.
Being it was late summer and they were already scheduled into the fall I understood that work would not begin until spring of  2015.  A very wet spring and summer delayed the start of work even longer than either of us had expected.  The last of  July they began by pressure washing the exterior of the house and the deck.   On 4 August  the labor intensive work of  the next  four weeks began.  They started by removing the storm windows.  Followed by scrapping & removing loose paint, sanding,  treating and applying oil base primer to bare wood,  removed old caulking,  re-glazed  the windows and applied caulking to fill holes and gaps in and around thirty-two  double hung window casings and frames.   As I stated before the exterior had been neglected for several years and the  windows frames were in terrible shape  requiring  hours of work  before paint could be applied.   They scrapped, and removed loose paint  from the  fascia, soffits and vents;  followed by  scraping loose paint, sanding  and  priming one of the  six exterior doors.  The other five had been replaced  or had been protected from the weather so did not require much prep..
When the prep was completed  they  painted  32 double hung window casings and frames, 6 exterior doors,  3 awnings over basement windows, fascia and soffits, the exterior basement  and foundation walls.   The project was completed when they put the final coat on the deck and re-hung the storm windows.
I found Dave, Lynn and their work crew to be polite,  clean,  on time,  quiet steady workers and striving to do a job well.    I now have a house with a new fresh look.

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The average cost to clean a roof is around $500, but prices can fall between $150 to $1,000 or more. The size and complexity of your roof are the most significant cost factors, as larger roofs and those with various bump-outs and gables will increase your cost. Your roof material will also make a difference. An asphalt roof will require more labor, as your professional will need to be careful not to damage the shingles. A metal roof can stand up to more intense scrubbing and shouldn’t take as long to clean.

Removing snow from your roof can help prevent ice dams, but the best thing to do is address insulation issues in your attic. If you do decide to remove the snow manually, you should always use a roof rake rather than a shovel. You shouldn’t climb your snowy roof in any circumstance, and roof rake allows you to remove the snow from the ground or a ladder. For the best results, remove snow as soon as possible after it falls.

Moss grows in dark areas of roofs, including in corners and gutters. If left alone, it can grow under roofing and cause permanent damage. Here’s how to remove moss from metal roofs

  • Soak the moss to soften it

  • Scrub it away with a soft-bristled brush, or pick it off with your hands (be sure to wear gloves)

  • Use a moss remover that’s compatible with metal roofing, following the manufacturer’s directions

  • Remove dead moss and rinse the roof thoroughly

  • Prevent future moss growth by trimming branches, cleaning gutters, and attaching zinc strips to moss-prone areas

In most cases, it is best to leave icicles on your roof and allow them to melt naturally. You should only remove them if they are heavy enough to cause damage to your home or pose a safety risk to people below. Attempting to remove icicles yourself can be dangerous, so if you are concerned about immediate damage, it is recommended to hire a professional. To prevent icicles from recurring, you should address the underlying cause, which is often poor insulation. Long-term solutions include improving your home's insulation or installing roof heating coils.

You may become so frustrated with the look of moss on your roof that you contemplate whether to clean or replace your roof. Fortunately, you don’t have to go as far as replacing it. After cleaning the moss, you can use a chemical solution to keep it away. For further protection, trim branches that overhang the roof, as fallen seed pods and leaves on the roof allow moisture to collect, encouraging moss growth. Consider adding zinc-coated flashing to the roof, too. As rain washes across the zinc, it leaves zinc particles behind that inhibit moss growth.
