But the customer service was not what I expected. While they were initially responsive and seemed helpful, it ended up making more work for us. Their team left garbage and piles of dirt concrete in our yard. We let them know and they came and cleaned up the some concrete piles but left their garbage including an empty cigarette pack in our yard. I let them know they did not clean everything up and they stopped replying to me. My husband had to spend a couple of hours the following weekend moving the excess dirt they left and picking up trash."
