They had to jack hammer for two days through a lot of rock until they got to the basement footer. Deshon O, Jovann J and Kyle H were the team ready for the task. The guys unclogged the drain and completed the new installation all within the 90 minutes they said it would take to begin with. Because the old water heater was a 40 gallon unit they had to make some adjustments for the differences in height nd used new parts and fittings. There was no extra charge for the parts or the clearing of the drain. They even provided some guidance on another potential plumbing problem.
