"The work was excellent.  The men were very polite and professional.   My only hitch was a misunderstanding on my part as to what the offer covered.  The offer read "$99 for 20 interior and exterior or 30 outside-only window pane cleanings"  I took this to mean $99 for 20 windows BOTH inside and out.  However, the inside of a window is #1 and the outside is #2.  So I ended up spending more than I anticipated.
