His customer service was excellent (he arrived for each meeting exactly on time and provided suggestions to make the job look even better). The work was professionally done and everything was kept clean and organized. The work turned out to be more complicated than expected as there was excessive bleed from the walls. He spent the extra time to make sure it looked good. He provided pictures and updates during the project. Tim is very personable and trustworthy. "We contacted Wells Professional Painting (Steve & Julie) September 2022 as we were wanted to have the exterior of the home stained/painted & several repairs completed prior to winter. They promptly came out and reviewed the house, discussed what needed to be completed and provided us with an reasonable estimate for the work to be completed. As with all quality professionals, they were booked out several months and were honest about being able to complete the work prior to the weather changing. The weather did not cooperate, but Steve & Julie did accommodate our need of having several of the repairs completed prior to winter and would not accept any payment until all the work had been completed. Fast forward to spring, they and their team came and did a beautiful job painting (solid stain) the house. Their entire crew was respectful, polite, hardworking, & cleaned up after themselves each day they were here.
