I was told they were very busy but would get me on the schedule. As promised they came on the scheduled day 1.5 hours ahead of schedule. Everything went as planed with two coats of seal and chip. "I think Jerome and Ollie are great people. They are aware I was (and am) disappointed in the finished look of the driveway. My reason is because they put a much thinner layer of chip stone on the back part of the driveway vs the front. There are still spots so thin (lacking chip) that the tar is clearly visible. Plus, there is a noticeable drop-off at the front to back transition point on the circle which looks bad (less than professional) in my opinion. When I pointed out my concerns and asked them to remedy the matter, they declined to do so, However, on a positive note, the driveway, as is, seems to be holding up well since it was installed 2 years ago. It is serving its purpose, and we like it better than the former road base driveway. It just did not (and does not) look like a quality finished product. I believe ATX will do a good job for any client per the agreed contract. My recommendation to anyone planning to put in a chip-seal drive is to clearly specify everything, such as, desired driveway thickness, or the number of layers to be done, etc.. Also, be aware that grass & weeds will still grow through such a driveway, which is nature, and not the fault of the contractor. Be prepared to invest in lots of roundup and a good pump sprayer."

The job was completed above and beyond expectations, they even did a final mow after the leaves were removed - even though it wasn't part of the original estimate, without an additional charge. The yard, flower beds and driveway were immaculate. Will use again, they are excellent and very nice people."

"Very professional from start to finish. They were able to sneak us in between other projects because of the recent crazy weather we have had. They had to split the job, 2 days work, gone for a few days and finished up in 2 days. Communicated with me to let me know what was going on and why they took this break. They try to focus on one job at a time, but since they were able to get us in so early in the season, I had no problem with them taking a break. The break came at a natural time in the process and did not affect the outcome of the pool deck. They did a great job of cleaning up during and after their work. Very professional group. They were so good, we plan on getting them back to fix our driveway later this summer."
