"Very professional from start to finish. They were able to sneak us in between other projects because of the recent crazy weather we have had. They had to split the job, 2 days work, gone for a few days and finished up in 2 days. Communicated with me to let me know what was going on and why they took this break. They try to focus on one job at a time, but since they were able to get us in so early in the season, I had no problem with them taking a break. The break came at a natural time in the process and did not affect the outcome of the pool deck. They did a great job of cleaning up during and after their work. Very professional group. They were so good, we plan on getting them back to fix our driveway later this summer."

"I hired George to take down and remove a 13x27 foot cabin on my property, deliver 95 tons of gravel to my site, and install a culvert underneath my road into the cabin site. George did a fantastic job with the demolition. He coordinated the delivery and pickup of the dumpster, he called the electric company to make sure there were no issues with disconnecting the power from the cabin, and had everything lined up for the start of the project. He cleaned up and removed all the cabin debris, the site was very clean upon completion. The culvert job and gravel delivery was great as well. I would highly recommend hiring George for any type of work in these areas, as he seems to be an honest man, and does a great job in a timely manner."

Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

The time it takes to pressure wash your driveway is mainly based on size (but your driveway’s material and condition also play a role). Small driveways can be pressure washed within an hour, medium within two hours, and large within four hours. However, this does not consider any prep time or time that sealing your driveway would take.

The ideal frequency for pressure washing depends on the surface being cleaned and your local environmental conditions. For a home's exterior with siding that is safe to wash (such as vinyl, cement, or aluminum), a full wash once or twice a year is a good guideline to remove accumulated dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. You may need to wash more frequently if you live in an area with heavy rain or snow, near a dirt road, or if you notice excessive buildup. Other surfaces have different schedules; for example, a frequently used driveway may need cleaning more often, while outdoor patio furniture might only need to be washed every few years. Use your discretion based on how dirty the area gets.

You can whiten concrete for unsealed and unfinished concrete with a solution or either muriatic acid or bleach and water—but never both. However, if your concrete does have a stain, finish, or polish, keep in mind that these hard chemicals could damage the topcoat. Your best bet otherwise is to power wash outdoor concrete slabs or clean indoor ones with a gentle cleaner such as laundry or dish detergent.

You can clean light stains off of concrete using a pressure washer with 2,000 psi, or you can clean tougher stains if you use a smaller nozzle and point the wand closer to the stain. You may also need to go over the surface more than once for a deeper clean. If you want to clean concrete faster, consider using a pressure washer with a psi of 3,000 or higher.

To extend the lifespan of an asphalt surface, sealcoat it every 2-3 years, repair cracks promptly, and clean it regularly to remove debris.
