"Matt was very professional, courteous, and friendly.  He first inspected areas to be cleaned.  Since it was a very hot day, he installed an apparatus on my door to minimize air loss......very thoughtful.  He pre spotted dirty spots.  In the master bedroom, there were some paint spots on the carpet.  He removed the paint spots which previous carpet cleaners did not bother to try to remove.  My carpets look great!  I was very pleased with Matt and plan to use his service to clean carpets at my daughter's townhouse.

Debbie asked a few questions to make sure she understood my requests which I appreciated. They worked from the top down dusting fans and blinds, cleaning furniture and vacuuming carpets.
