"Reddi Services were called to repair a busted pipe and the plumber arrived 12/26/2022. He was to arrive between 2:00pm- 5:00pm. He actually arrive at 5:46pm and walked to our door at 5:52 per our camera system. He then proceeded to tell us he wanted to start in the basement to look for the leak and told us to turn our water on so he could find the leak. This was after we showed him the water damage to our main floor ceiling. We then asked him to start upstairs and he asked if we could leaving the water running which we did. He said he thought it was behind our washer. My husband turn the water off to the house and the plumber cut the wall. He then yelled out I found the leak but he needed to go to Home Depot. I took a look at the completely broken pipe and asked him why there was no water damage at which he stated " I don't know". He came back with the pipe and "fixed the pipe" Asked us to turn the water back on and the water continued to leak everywhere. He then said he could come back the next day because there are multiple leaks. We asked for the estimate and he would not provide one, then stated he charged "175.00 per hour and it would be a all day job. After he left I thought about it and had my husband call to cancel. We scheduled another plumber and he stated "the leak was not behind our washer, and the previous plumber broke the pipe as he did not see any water damage. He found the leak which was on the first floor in the ceiling and were the water was pooling and did not tell me to turn my water on to find the leak. My husband was sent a bill from Reddi Services for 221.45. I spoke with Gina Law who stated she was the manager and informed her I was not paying for the damage her plumber did and sent her pictures of her plumber's work as well as the work invoice done by the other plumbing company. She did not apologize for her plumbers lack of integrity nor his signing the invoice with an X. Please see documents. The plumber's name is Nathan Peppers."

"Scam artist! Preyed upon my 88 year old mother. Asphalt repair…$2500 initial price ballooned up to 6500 then tried for $12000. Crappy product and p*** poor results. Then left the trash. What a bunch of thieving bastards. I hope you get what you deserve."

Diana came out the day I contacted her with Jose to look at the trees and he had his crew out the next day, started at 7:00 a.m. and was finished by 2:30 in the afternoon. Everything was cleaned up and it all looks great! They are becoming my first and only call when I need tree work. They're very professional, courteous and easy with which to work. "Jose and his crew came out to remove a large walnut tree close to our home and did a fantastic job. The whole crew were courteous and very mindful of our property ensuring that everything was kept away from the house. The yard where they were working was left spotless before they left. "A large cottonwood tree had fallen between our yard and the neighbors. Our neighbor had used this service before and they responded quickly to his inquiry. Several services that we had used previously failed to respond even over a week later. KC tree services did such a fine job with removing the cottonwood that we inquired about them also trimming three large walnuts in our backyard that we had been looking to have trimmed. Initially they were going to come back later in the week but instead they were able to extend their day and finish that up also the same day. They did a great job of trimming the tees by taking the the weight off certain areas and removing dead branches. They were interactive with us when trimming to ensure that they met our goals and cleaned up well afterwards. Since we have had much trimming and trees taken down over the years we knew they were price competitive and did good work. We highly recommend their services."
