Great! Somehow the aluminum wrap on my trim at the top of my chimney came off. They came out early to squeeze me in to schedule and even fixed a piece of siding that had slid down with no extra charge!

"Eric showed us where the bricks to the firewall were literally coming out! We could have had an avalanche of bricks!! He gave us two options: one was to rebuild the back fire wall with brick, or install a one-inch steel plate. The latter was the least expensive, so we contracted with him to replace the plate on 11/26/2014.
Our neighbor's chimney did not require any cleaning, and he charged her ZERO dollars. THAT is amazing.
