It took Scott literal months to get most of the work done and it still isnâ t complete. Promised it would be done in two weeks. He will promise that his team will come and then no shows and more promises. The work theyâ ve done is good but he hasnâ t finished the job but took all of our money and keeps promising they will finish but itâ s been about 6 months total just to install a brick patio paver but they wonâ t come back to seal it.

I signed a contract with Scott Robbins who committed to get this small project done within the next week. Team started on 22 April, worked for a day, dropped off a pallet of cement, covered it with a tarp then departed. It rained for the rest of the week therefore the following week Scott wanted the area to dry out. I called three weeks later asking for new timeline. Scott told me it would be a couple weeks while they finish a job and catch up due to rain delays on other jobs. Mid-June we had a discussion and Scott told me the team would be at my home on Monday (24 June). No one showed up and no one called. I called Wed 26th and left message. No return phone call. I called after fourth of July holiday and couldn't leave a message due to voicemail being full. Called the main office number and left a message asking for updated schedule. I called 24 July and Scott told me he was sorry and has me on the board to begin on Monday. No one showed up and no one called. I've been calling weekly since 5 August. I now call daily this week to both numbers and haven't gotten any responses as of 12 September.
