"Essential Extras had already designed and installed a beautiful deck for us. They used Ipe wood and hidden fasteners as we had asked. The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. "Arrived on time, JD and another worker quickly removed the window and the rotten wood. The new frame was placed and the same glass replaced. The finished product is beautiful. The cost was very reasonable. He never pressured us to buy a new window which would have cost much more. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and there was no trace that they had even been in the house. Thanks JD it was beautifully done.
