Our job was a bit tricky since it was adding in tile to join with our the existing backsplash after we got our new microwave installed so that created several challenges, but Max easily got it done! We were able to discuss with him options of tile patterns and if grout color choices mattered. I was surprised to learn patterns and colors do make a difference! They even went above-and-beyond and provided amazing customer service, when I mistakenly thought that they had failed to repair the leak. (They absolutely didn’t fail! Rather, there was a little residual water inside the wall which I later heard drip, and I was just being paranoid.) Even when I wrongly suggested that they had failed to repair the leak, they were incredibly professional and respectful, and very quickly returned to reassess. It turned out they had done a great job the first time, and I should’ve trusted them, but I’ll tell on myself because I was so impressed with their excellent customer service and professionalism, that it deserves a mention. 5/5 stars!"

He repaired a section of vinyl siding that had come loose and ripped off in a storm. He fixed that and then proactively repaired and reinforced some other areas that were likely to come loose down the road. Great work."
