The new system is working great with no flooding of crawl space, thus saving the furnace that is in crawl space. I highly recommend this company. "Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally. They provide service for the smallest foundation to the most radical job imaginable. Great job guys!!!

"It went very well.  Travas helped us navigate and negotiate with our insurance company.  He also was able to obtain some higher-end shingles for the same price as the type we already had, so we were able to make an upgrade at no extra cost.  The finished product looks great.  They replaced the flashing and siliconed around the chimney and painted all the vent pipes to match the shingle color.  Travas was very patient and helpful in dealing with the insurance company, which took a while and was frustrating at times.

"Randy arrived as promised and gave me an estimate.  A few days later, he and his crew removed my dead tree and hauled off all the mess.  He also cleaned up the dead branches on a redbud and hauled off a pile of brush.  He then called Dig Rite and had the lines marked in my back yard, and then came back to grind out the stump.  Everything went perfectly and I am very pleased with the result.

"THEY WERE THERE ON TIME AND TOOK A TOUR OF THE HOUSE TO CHECK LAY OUT AND COUNT THE VENTS. WE HAD MORE THEN THE DEAL ALLOWED SO THE PRICE WENT UP FROM 89.00 TO AN ADDITIONAL 230.00 DOLLARS. THEY HAD SOME EQUIPMENT ISSUES,  THEY WERE NOT REALLY SET UP TO REACH SOME OF THE VENTS IN OUR HOUSE. THEY ALSO WERE IN NEED OF A NEW BRUSH, THE ONE THEY USED WAS PRETTY WORN.
ON THE UP SIDE THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND WORKED STEADY GOING FROM ROOM TO ROOM IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. I FELT THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH TO ADD FOUR MORE VENTS AND A RETURN, THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND I HOPE THAT WE DON'T REQUIRE THIS SERVICE AFTER MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME.
