"As far as we can tell, the work was effective at stabilizing our foundation, and the on-site crew led by Luke was great, informing us of their progress along the way. However, we expressed in advance our concern about protecting some of our landscaping. We were assured the crew would have boards to cover landscaping on which removed dirt would be piled. This turned out not to be the case. I’ve had quite a bit of expense and labor to restore landscaping that was damaged during the work. This damage could have been avoided. Foundation Recovery sends out $500 coupons to advertise for their work. My attempts to contact Joe and FRS to honor even a part of the $500 coupon to help defray my landscaping costs have gone unanswered. Our salesperson, Joe, was not present during the work and has not been responsive to our followup inquiries. We are very disappointed in the poor customer service from Foundation and its representatives. I cannot recommend this company based on their failure to address our up-front concerns, lack of response to our followup requests, and the false advertising that is associated with the coupons."

Ben and Tom took the time to really understand the unique aspects of our project, they asked thoughtful questions and provided cost saving suggestions while delivering an outstanding finished product. Midwest brought their own employees to the job (no subs), they solved minor problems on the fly without delay, they cleaned up after themselves, they under-promised and over delivered. Their skill and expertise was worth every penny. My only regret is not finding them sooner!"

We found out the prior home owners put a second layer on the walkway which resulted in breaking up 10 inch thick concrete. (The sidewalk was sinking). It looks wonderful now. "Did a terrible job, never came back to put the brush finish on, never pulled the forms or clean up any of his mess. Totally unprofessional. Had to hire a lawyer and serve a demand letter to the company I contracted my metal building with. And after 4 months they dropped the charges for the concrete completely. Knowing Devin breached the contract for the concrete slab by not putting the rebar on 2' centers, when I'm reality it was on 6' centers and none on the last 6' which is where the garage door is and within a month with no use on it started cracking. Don't use this company even if there is no other companies around. He sucks. Just look at the pics. Save yourself a bunch of headaches and find someone else."

We were very grateful to Jason for the extra help he provided in excavating an adjacent landscaping remodeling project. He is a man who keeps his word and takes the extra step!"

"I hired Andrew Browning to replace my sewer lateral. He brought his equipment in threw my neighbors yard after he was specifically told that was not my yard and he couldn't bring his equipment in that way but when I got home from work I found out he did anyway. He also stopped short of the sewer main and tied into the old sewer pipe and when I said something to him he argued with me telling me that's the way they do it and that the pipe from there was ok and clean and that he said he would go up to the main and thats up to the main. After arguing with him and telling him that's not acceptable he finally dug up the rest and tied into the main as he was hired to do. Then after back filling the trench he took the excess rock and dirty fill and spreaded over my yard instead of hauling it away and then argued with me that it's not his fault that there was alot of rock he had to dig threw to install the new pipe. Then he told me if I paid to have new dirt brought in he would spread over the rock and debris he spreaded all over my yard. He finally brought some dirt in himself that is mainly mud and clay and rock I can barely get any grass to grow in it and my yard is in worst shape now than it was before he started. Also were he tied into the cast iron pipe coming out of the house was right next to my gutter downspout drain pipe that after he was done I realized it was now missing. When I asked him about it he told me it was collapsed so he did away with it and just covered it up and did not say anything about and giving me the ability to replace it. I had to dig up everything he just did in order to install new drain pipe. He is the most unprofessional contractor I've ever dealt with and the quality of his work is terrible. I will not ever refer him or use him again. Totally unsatisfied with my yard and the experience in dealing with him."
