"We bought a house recently. The inspection report called for installation of an expansion tank and lengthened drip leg on the HW heater. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

"Anchor Contracting came out immediately and gave me a very fair bid to redo a deck and siding that had been damaged by a fire and was unsafe. The work they did was excellent, the price was right and was done exactly on time. The owner, Sean Ichrist, was courteous and professional. After the work was completed, all areas were cleaned of debris. His bid and final bill were exactly the same. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"They answered the phone and were able to come out the same day to look at our issue and discuss how to address it. We decided to hire them and they scheduled to start the work the next morning. They were excellent to think outside the box for custom work needed to modify the railing in our split level house so that new flooring could be installed by a different contractor. We are very pleased with the final product. They were punctual, polite, open to our suggestions and concerns, easy to work with and cleaned up their mess as they worked. The work was completed in just a few hours.
