We hired Darryll and Angie and team to build out a bathroom from scratch (no plumbing) in our upstairs attic space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. This was a large, 8-week project. We did our homework and acquired several bids. GA Chott wasn’t the cheapest (or the most expensive), but they were clearly the best choice. We give our highest recommendation. "Bruce and his guys did a great job on multiple projects. They repaired the deck and three season porch, replaced damaged wood around the garage, installed siding, and replaced the kitchen counters. His bids are detailed, so there are no surprises, and the work is very reasonably priced. Everyone showed up on time and got the jobs done in a timely manner (based on past experience with other contractors, that is highly unusual!). I needed other work done that Bruce does not do, so he recommended another contractor That contractor also turned out to be excellent!"

"Al, his crew, and all of his subs were all excellent! tldr: hire him! I got quotes from a few contractors. Al was the only one who showed up with all of his subs, I got to talk to each (plumber, electrician…) about their view of their parts of the job. When the quote was over my budget, Al helped me find ways to save some money so that I could afford it. Everyone who worked on the job was punctual, polite, said goodbye and thank you when they left for the day. Progess was made every week and Al was great about answering all of my questions. Al and his subs all want to do the right thing, and do a good job. Al is very transparent in his estimates, and what he adds for profit. Note that you will pay what is quoted, even if he doesn’t end up using all of the $ in a category. Make sure everything you want is in the quote. I ended up having to pay more for the mounts for ceiling fans that I had told Al and the electrician about, but didn’t make the quote, and I didn’t notice."

"Our home is 20 years old and due to some things that the original builders did during construction, we had excessive floor noise (squeaks and creaks) and the overall floor performance wasn't what it should be. I found Gary and Kimberlin Construction here, and after reviewing the site, talking to Gary, and sharing the specifics of our situation, he and his team were the right folks to come in and help us out. The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects."

"This is our second project with Dana and her team. They took a bathroom with an oversized tub and undersized shower and reworked everything to give us universal accessibility and a linen cabinet. We expanded the original scope of work to add carpet and paint in the primary bedroom; they took on the challenge without a hiccup. We love our new space! The team is excellent at communication and highly responsive. They gave us consistent status updates about the state of the day’s work, what the plan for the next day was, who would be doing the work, and when they would arrive. Because of supply-chain issues, what had been marked as a 9-week project stretched to 24 weeks; but they worked with us every step of the way, advising us if we should substitute materials or if waiting would be a better option. When our original floor tiles were held up indefinitely we were able to make changes on the fly because of the original scouting trip we’d made with Renna - no need to spend another day looking at samples!"
