"Bruce and his guys did a great job on multiple projects. They repaired the deck and three season porch, replaced damaged wood around the garage, installed siding, and replaced the kitchen counters. His bids are detailed, so there are no surprises, and the work is very reasonably priced. Everyone showed up on time and got the jobs done in a timely manner (based on past experience with other contractors, that is highly unusual!). I needed other work done that Bruce does not do, so he recommended another contractor That contractor also turned out to be excellent!"

"Al rebuilt my porch during the pandemic. All went great. There was a window to be replaced that didn't come in before the work was completed. Al called me when it came in to schedule installation. It was now during the height of the pandemic. I was concerned about keeping an older parent safe so asked Al to wait to install the window. He was very agreeable to what made me comfortable with the situation. I called him a couple months later and scheduled the installation. He came and installed it. I'm very grateful that during a difficult time he respected my views and rearranged his work schedule. Will definitely hire again."

The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects."

"This is our second project with Dana and her team. They took a bathroom with an oversized tub and undersized shower and reworked everything to give us universal accessibility and a linen cabinet. We expanded the original scope of work to add carpet and paint in the primary bedroom; they took on the challenge without a hiccup. We love our new space! The team is excellent at communication and highly responsive. They gave us consistent status updates about the state of the day’s work, what the plan for the next day was, who would be doing the work, and when they would arrive. Because of supply-chain issues, what had been marked as a 9-week project stretched to 24 weeks; but they worked with us every step of the way, advising us if we should substitute materials or if waiting would be a better option. When our original floor tiles were held up indefinitely we were able to make changes on the fly because of the original scouting trip we’d made with Renna - no need to spend another day looking at samples!"
