"We have worked with GA Chott since 1999, finishing our basement, remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms, and smaller projects recently. Darryll and Angie are a pleasure to work with. The workers show up on time, are very courteous, and clean up at the end of the day. The work is done with meticulous detail and pride of their work. Our most recent project was repairing our ceiling, painting, installing a new shower head, and exhaust fan in the master bath. They also installed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to bring our home up to code. We are always very happy with the work and enjoy having them in our home. We feel their pricing is fair and would definitely call them for anything we need in the future."

"Bruce and his guys did a great job on multiple projects. They repaired the deck and three season porch, replaced damaged wood around the garage, installed siding, and replaced the kitchen counters. His bids are detailed, so there are no surprises, and the work is very reasonably priced. Everyone showed up on time and got the jobs done in a timely manner (based on past experience with other contractors, that is highly unusual!). I needed other work done that Bruce does not do, so he recommended another contractor That contractor also turned out to be excellent!"

"Al, his crew, and all of his subs were all excellent! tldr: hire him! I got quotes from a few contractors. Al was the only one who showed up with all of his subs, I got to talk to each (plumber, electrician…) about their view of their parts of the job. When the quote was over my budget, Al helped me find ways to save some money so that I could afford it. Everyone who worked on the job was punctual, polite, said goodbye and thank you when they left for the day. Progess was made every week and Al was great about answering all of my questions. Al and his subs all want to do the right thing, and do a good job. Al is very transparent in his estimates, and what he adds for profit. Note that you will pay what is quoted, even if he doesn’t end up using all of the $ in a category. Make sure everything you want is in the quote. I ended up having to pay more for the mounts for ceiling fans that I had told Al and the electrician about, but didn’t make the quote, and I didn’t notice."

"This is our second project with Dana and her team. They took a bathroom with an oversized tub and undersized shower and reworked everything to give us universal accessibility and a linen cabinet. We expanded the original scope of work to add carpet and paint in the primary bedroom; they took on the challenge without a hiccup. We love our new space! The team is excellent at communication and highly responsive. They gave us consistent status updates about the state of the day’s work, what the plan for the next day was, who would be doing the work, and when they would arrive. Because of supply-chain issues, what had been marked as a 9-week project stretched to 24 weeks; but they worked with us every step of the way, advising us if we should substitute materials or if waiting would be a better option. When our original floor tiles were held up indefinitely we were able to make changes on the fly because of the original scouting trip we’d made with Renna - no need to spend another day looking at samples!"
