Once the actual construction work was finished I paid the bill. Over the course of the next month and throughout the Summer I continued to contact the company through Dan and followup on the status of the pool equipment.  I received no response for months. Finally in the Fall he admitted that he hadn't put the items up for sale, but would do so soon. I never had any evidence whether he did so or not.

I have recently (Feb 2012) left email and phone messages for Dan to find out the status of the equipment and continue to receive no response. They still have my pool equipment and refuse to answer or return my calls, much less full-fill the terms of the contract. My advice is do not trust this company and do not pay them before they complete all work.

I have used them for the last 19 years I've lived here and plan to use them every year hereafter.

Although the people are very nice, they are disorganized and slow. We gave them chance after chance to redeem themselves and never did. Our primary problems were: 1) it took 1.5 YEARS to get our Dolphin automatic pool cleaner repaired, then they tried to charge more than the original quote, 2) they failed to clear the lines after closing the pool which could have caused damage had we not double checked everything, 3) you can never get a specific appointment or even range of time, it's always, we'll be by sometime next week, 4) the liner they installed wasn't not fastened down properly and had to be repaired, which they then tried to charge us for, 5) they fail to call back, even when they say they will. We were patient because we liked them as people, but it got so bad, we had to find another service provider.

They are always accommodating and have very good follow up. I have had no problems scheduling service with them and they always arrive on time. The pool is always clean and having this service enables us to enjoy the pool just a little more. I am very happy with this company and will continue to use their service.

We learned from the seller's Realtor that this company had been responsible for the renovation and maintenance of the pool on this property and decided to continue with them. They opened the pool for us in April and we have had a contract with them for maintenance throughout the season. They have been very thorough and, when there have been any issues with equipment or service, their responsiveness has been outstanding. The installation of the saline system went very smoothly and we are very pleased with it. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a pool, and this company to do the work.
