"They did a great job getting our windows cleaned. Very prompt (in less than week after submitting quote) and flexible with appointment time. Called me as soon as a change in time was required. Went way out of their way to keep me informed of arrival time. They missed one tiny window on the corner of house; very understandable given the window is so small and hard to see from exterior. They didn't even flinch when I called them and told them they missed a window. Usually companies that need to come back and fix something make people feel like the company is being inconvenienced to come back. They did NOT do this; extremely polite and came back to wash that one tiny window. It was nice to be treated so well."
