"I recently decided to add video cameras to my existing home security system. My monitoring vendor provided me with an expensive and complicated solution to this request so I shopped around for other options. "Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"Right from the start I had a good experience. I was fortunate enough to have Travis as my contact person and can't say enough about him. He was so pleasant and helpful from beginning to end. There were a couple minor mix ups along the way but I just called and Travis took care of it and made everything right. He definitely provided excellent customer service which unfortunately is very rare these days. The installation technician was also very pleasant and took his time making sure everything was set up correctly. I had to reschedule several times but they were very understanding and accommodating. I have and will continue to recommend them :)
