After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced.
