They used the same exact seed that the builder uses (I saw the bags). It's the highest quality you can get, same stuff the sod farms use. A triple tall fescue blend which works best for our STL area and is fairly drought resistant. Everyone was a pleasure to work with from the owner to the people who came out and did the work. They treat their people well and are well organized, so they retain good people so everything else takes care of itself. These are the type of people you want to do business with.
