"Pro basement did a fine job installing an egress window in my basement. The cut in the cement wall was nice and square and the window he installed was a good fit but I was less than happy with the finishing work. They did not caulk around the exterior, and the frame around the exterior was not a good fit and finish. The thing that made me most unhappy though was the screen that came with the window was damaged so they had to get a replacement. The replacement they brought over did not even fit my window. I contacted the owner and never got resolution. I ended up ordering a new screen that fit my window through Anderson Windows Incorporated additional cost to me."
