The team at Tailored Exteriors is top notch! Dustin is awesome to work with and Jack is great as well. Dustin went above and beyond to ensure our roof was done properly and Jack was there on the day of install to ensure that as well. Very knowledgeable, unlike some of these other â roofersâ . The owner, Dustin, was amazing. He helped handle everything with the insurance company. The workers who removed and installed my roof were skilled and efficient. They cleaned up everything very well after the roof install was complete. I would definitely use them again if my roof ever needs to be replaced or repaired.

Another fantastic experience! I needed a few roof shingles repaired from wind damage to my 2 story home. Contacted Dustin around noon on a Thurs, and he replied in less than an hour. Had his team member come out and evaluate my roof within 2 hours on the same day! I however, did not have the correct shingles in hand, but they patched it up and installed temporary shingles as heavy rain was expected over the next 3 days. In short, they returned in 4 days and promptly repaired my roof in a timely manner. Just immaculate service from beginning to end. I cannot speak more highly of my experiences with Tailored Exteriors. Thank you Dustin and Jack!

Tailored Exteriors does a great job. I have had them do work on my home multiple times, including replacing siding, installing gutter guards, painting outdoor vents and decorative pillars, and replacing rotten wood around the garage. The have provided excellent service each time and have always been happy with the final product.

Dustin was very responsive. We had an appointment booked within an hour of me leaving the initial voicemail.

The consultation and design process with Dustin was collaborative and very gratifying. He was clear and efficient with communication. We also were moved up on the calendar, so the project was completed in the summer instead of the fall. Great! Their work was careful and professional, and we are very pleased with the final look. They know all about the James Hardie products and how to use them.

All I can say is... WOW!!! How about completing a project (albeit a small one), in a little over 2 hours from submitting my inquiry online!! I needed a few shingles replaced on a 2 story home. I was contacted no less than 5 minutes after requesting a quote. An inspection was done within an hour and a half, and 2 hours later, the job was done! On the same day! I've never experienced such prompt service, along with the honesty and value Tailored Exteriors has given to me. Dustin and Jack were absolute pleasures to work with. I would not hesitate contacting them again for future projects. Well done guys!
