To begin with..... living here at the Lake of the Ozarks, it is VERY HARD to find responsible help when needed. It is a tourist area, so everyone even the locals are ALWAYS on v acation....fishing...hunting, etc... When I left Dennis a voice mail of my problem with my washing machine, I really wasnt expecting an an answer for at least a week or so, thats just life here at the lake. I was quite SURPRISED when Dennis called me back within the hour, and he was out of state!! He then proceeded to walk me through all the issues and solutions it could be. After we hung up, I tried what he suggested and my machine now works! GREAT customer service, he never sounded rushed or hurried with me. Even though (I think he was on vacation) he spent quality time with me and resolved my issue! I would HIGHLY recommend Dennis for ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING you would need him for! Responsible, Prompt, courtious, great attitude! Highly refer Dennis to anyone and everyone I come in contact with! Thank you Dennis and enjoy your day! I really appreiated your great customer service with a smile! Yes, I felt that through the phone!
