Were our current system to fail, a more expensive sewage treatment system would be required. We have 3 pump trucks and a service van to give our customers the service they need. After the job is complete we offer leaving a bill to leave with the customer to send in payment from that, or we can send an invioce for the customer to mail payment from that. Regular cleaning, avoiding grease disposal in sinks, and installing drain strainers help prevent clogs.

If you want to avoid using a snake to unclog a drain, or if you don’t have one, try vinegar and baking soda. Pour 1 cup of baking soda down the drain, followed by 1 cup of white vinegar. Wait for 15 minutes, and then run hot water (but not boiling water) down the drain to see if the clog is clear. Repeat multiple times as needed.

Snakes can occasionally enter homes through shower drains, although it’s quite rare. This can happen when they follow sewer pipes or accidentally find their way into plumbing systems. To minimize the risk, consider installing drain covers or stoppers on your shower drains. Always keep drains closed when they’re not in use, especially in areas where snakes are known to be active.
