Two Dads Construction Partnership with Insurance My friend/co-worker and I both do odd jobs or handyman services on the side of full-time employment. We'll do both large and small jobs. He and I will both be available to do the work outside of normal working hours with increased availability of the job. We are specifically looking for jobs dealing with the following: Flooring / Tile / Carpet / Wood Drywall Minor Electrical Work Painting Decking Wood fencing Mowing Landscaping Light concrete work Baseboard/Trim/Crown molding Entryway/Door work Light and ceiling fan fixtures Light plumbing Framing Demolition Kitchen Renovations Bathroom Renovations Insulation We are honest, hardworking, straightforward, and efficient. We are open to all jobs however. Most we can say is no. To build customer relationships in the area, we are doing free estimates. We are fair on pricing and will work with customers. The biggest issue with painting your interior walls with exterior paint isn’t the way the paint looks or performs—it’s the lack of ventilation. The higher quantities of VOCs in exterior paint will have a harder time dispersing in an enclosed space, so do everything you can to direct them out—like turning on a fan and opening your windows and doors. The best type of paint to apply to stainless steel is epoxy paint. This material is also popular for painting over concrete and other floor surfaces because it creates a tough, durable surface.
