Overall very good experience. Team did a good job of protecting all elements of interior and exterior that needed protecting. We had a fair amount of drywall repair/cracks that needed fixing and work was done very professionally. The inside of our house looks brand new as does the exterior deck. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

A few areas could have been done better--missed spots, uneven coverage--but it was okay overall. I appreciated the assistance of a specialist to help pick out color.

They've done a good job when they did the work. I enjoyed it. It was fine. They did a great job. They did not leave a mess. I think their price was good. Quality was great. They got their on time.

We had our 2 story foyer, family room, and upstairs hallway painted by CertaPro and I am SO pleased! I would recommend this company to anyone! Everyone we worked with was friendly, responsive, and professional. Their customer service was exceptional and the painter that came to our home did beautiful work. Again, I am so so happy with our experience with this company!

They were very professional. The office manager was very friendly, and the painter was very nice. They did great work, worked quickly, and were very clean. They even worked to find a good color match for our hallways and stairwells that we were just touching up and didn't have the old paint. I'd highly recommend CertaPro!

We had used CertaPro earlier in the year for some small projects and had them back to re-paint our entire master bedroom suite. They offered me a color consultant to help me select colors, which was great. They did a great job everywhere, but we were especially pleased with the detail and cleanliness in our master closet. We have a large walk in closet with custom built in shelving which is why the price was a little higher, but they did a great job painting in all the nooks and didn't get paint on anything.

From contact at home show had a comprehensive evaluation of work needed and an estimate was provided. We were given the option to obtain paint through a buying service that we belong to but it was more economical for them to provide paint then for us to buy. Paint in excess of rehired for the job (some partial cans) was oft for us to use for touch up. Job was complex with multiple area of cut ins in the itches around cabinets and tile back splash. Great room was vaulted ceiling probably greater then 12 feet at the highest point. Also painted stairwell and walls leading to the basement, again some high work. The did an excellent job of filling multiple hole from the previous owners wall hanging, some of which were hung using 20d nails.
Excellent result, very neat. Job took four days, if I had done it it would have taken weeks. Would definitely hire them again for further painting in the house.

As soon as we contacted the company, we received very prompt response from a sales person who came to give us an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable so we were already very happy at that point. We have serious mold issue at the bottom of our porch and Sales rep even brought out a paint specialist to discuss best options for us.
Scheduling and actual work went really well as well. Painters came very promptly everyday, and worked all day without much break. They also cleaned up very well before they left for the day. We were just very impressed with their professionalize.
The company also did not take deposit, and we paid everything after the job was done.
Porch looks wonderful, and we will use their service again in the future.

Quick to respond to a bid request. The one that came out to bid was very informative and got all of the details lined out. Price came in lower than some if the smaller companies I looked at. The work was done on time by a very prompt and professional crew.

They were good except that their communication was bad. On scheduling, they scheduled it at a certain day but they ran a month and they didn't have any contact with me to tell me they were delayed on the other jobs. I had to get in contact with them and probably they called me back and it wasn't the guy I was dealing with. The supervisor as well as the subcontractors is refusing that they contacted me and told me when he could be there. The workers were excellent and they did a good job. The subcontractor didn't get in touch with me on schedule when he was going to be there.

Referred from my real estate agent. CertaPro had already given estimate, which was extremely reasonable. They came in and completed the job well. Matt Clarke (owner of company) made it his business to come by and ensure process and completion of job. They did an amazing job. We wanted them to do the interior painting of our home as well (based on their fantastic job outdoors), but they were booked out 2-3 weeks due to their busy schedule and we needed to get our home on the market ASAP. I have no doubts that they would've done an amazing job inside as well.
