If any rental equipment is needed, unless the owner wants to pick it up or go together I will do so with the rental fees and deposit covered. If a customer has an emergency There will be a fee so I am able to handle it then. I love dogs, but seem to get along with all animals. A home owner had put his big aggressive dog up while he was away so I could work in the back yard. A friend came by and let the dog out to potty, I was on my knees and he was right in front of me looking right at me. I told him to come and started petting him. Well the lady came back out and seen me and could not believe the dog hadn't attacked me. She said she never seen anyone besides her and the owner be able to get near him. We all love our pets and sometimes it can be a challenge to have a service provider complete a job without having to put them up. I find it important how my dog is to a person.
