Small jobs welcome
"Cannot say enough good things about this company! First of all he showed up ready to work. I had gutter cleaning and gutter guards installed, he washed my house, deck and made my gutters look brand new. He scrubbed all my concrete and did a couple of add on jobs at the last minute. Everything looks so fresh and just thankful to have Daniel recommended to me. His work ethic is something you do not see anymore. Thanks again buddy! I am so happy. Couple of neighbors came and got his business card."

"We had her clean twice and then let her go. Our previous cleaner took 3 hours to clean and she was here for only 2 hours, despite us telling her that it took 3 hours. The first time we noticed that there were dust bunnies under the furniture and in the corners after she left. I also ran my hand over the shower walls and found that they were filmy and still water-spotted. We asked what time she needed to arrive for the second cleaning so she would have enough time to do a good job. Again, she was only here two hours, possibly less. Same problems. I had smeared a dab of liquid soap on the shower wall, in case it was just my imagination, and I could still feel the soap. There were still ghosts of the water spots on the faucets and she didn't move anything when she vacuumed, like the basket of magazines in the bathroom. Yep, dust bunnies again. You could see the smears on the hardwood floors where she just sort of ran the steam cleaner and spills on the kitchen floor where she did not! I could tell nothing had been moved on the nightstand, so I assume it did not get dusted. We have a central vac so it is super easy to do the floors. If she wasn't willing to really clean for the price she quoted us, she should have just refused to take the job. Our last cleaner was absolutely wonderful but had to quit due to health issues."

"Nate was professional and courteous and knew exactly how to do the repairs and even had with him the swatches to match the color siding I needed on the spot.. The price he quoted stayed the same so there were no surprises. I was very satisfied with his work and he cleaned up his work area when he was done. I will definitely hire him again to do some other work on my home."

"Isiah was very helpful with what I needed. Was ther with in a few hours and took care if the job cleanly and effectively. Would hire him again."

The average cost to hire a house cleaner is between $30 and $50 per hour. Costs vary depending on house size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you want. Deep cleaning will be more expensive since it requires more time and effort to move furniture and clean hard-to-reach areas compared to a standard cleaning session.
The average cost of a professional upholstery cleaning is around $175, ranging between $75 and $350. There are many cost factors to consider, including the furniture type, size, and material. Certain types of upholstery necessitate dry cleaning products or more intensive cleaning, which are more expensive. You can expect to pay $200 to $500 to clean leather and suede couches, while loveseats are less expensive at $60 to $120. Silk and leather are the most expensive materials to clean, and wool, cotton, and polyester are the least expensive.
It might be possible to wash your couch upholstery, but we don’t recommend it. Couches labeled with a “W” or “W/S” on the tag might be okay to wash gently with a couch cleaner or a homemade couch cleaning solution, but you have to be very careful not to get the padding underneath wet, as it will deteriorate and potentially ruin your couch. You should hire a professional upholstery cleaner to guarantee a safe, deep clean for your favorite furniture items.
The average house cleaner cost is around $180, which should cover about four hours of work. However, each project is different and costs can range from $100 to $1,000, depending on the house size and the cleaning needed. Other cost factors can include your location and what level of cleaning you want. Standard or basic cleaning may include vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting the kitchen and bathrooms. Deep cleaning costs about twice as much and often includes cleaning behind and underneath furniture, washing windows, and polishing hard-to-clean surfaces. Emergency cleaning, extreme cleaning, and holidays also impact pricing. Move-in and move-out cleaning typically cost more, too, because of the extensive, whole-house cleaning involved.
Although tipping is not a requirement, many people tip house cleaners around 10% to 15% of the final cleaning cost. Some people tip as much as 20% or more, but it’s up to your discretion. Rather than tipping each cleaning session, you can also tip monthly or give the house cleaner a holiday bonus. There are no rules for tipping, but if your house cleaner did a great job it’s encouraged.
