We had had the carpets steam cleaned a couple of time, but the stains kept coming back. We were at the point of looking at new carpet. Alan from Crystal Clean Carpets asked for a chance to see what he could do. He was in and out in a little over an hour, drying time was less than an hour and the stains have not come back. The carpets and rugs look new again.

It is the 2nd time within the past 30 days I've used Crystal Carpet Cleaning and both times Alan did a fantastic job. I have a carpet cleaner and it will never be taken out of storage as long as Alan is in business. He was timely, explained what he was going to do and was a professional all the time he was working on my carpets.

My wife even thought he did a great job and she doesn't think that about every service we have used.
