"When getting estimates they were the quickest to get to the property. Scott was professional, thorough and answered all our questions. While they weren't the least expensive bid they were competitive/fair. They also pledged to be out the next day to do the job since we had already been 3 days without a/c, stove and washer/dryer. Tim and Dave went above and beyond with running things the correct way, to code, and in a way that is also far more aesthetically pleasing. We couldn't be more appreciative."

"Within minutes after submitting an inquiry, Seamus contacted me to find out specifics of my project and although he provided an estimate, he was receptive to coming out for a site visit before I committed. Edward came for the preliminary site visit and afterwards, I accepted their proposal. Cliff, the installer, communicated with me with scheduling and was very professional and easy deal with. Edward performed an inspection after install to make sure everything was done properly. The people representing this company seem very knowledgeable about their work and is backed up by generations of experience."

"Tom from Synergy did the bid for under cabinet lighting install, however sent someone else to do the job. Originally discussed with Tom that he would use a regular converter box inside the cabinet and place a dimmer switch on the wall, but the other guy he sent wasn't aware of this and placed the dimmer converter in the cabinet. This has resulted in us having to use the dimmer switch inside the cabinet instead of on a wall switch -- not what I requested. Also, I discussed with Tom installing an additional outlet in our kitchen during the bid process. After he left I noticed he did not include that on the written bid. The guy he sent didn't know about it either. The outlet was installed however. Overall, I was charged $95 additional over the bid and didn't get exactly what I wanted in regard to the dimmer switch for under cabinet lighting. Both electricians were very nice and professional, but there was definitely a communication problem in regard to the installation of the under cabinet lighting. Perhaps I should have clarified the issue more strongly, or perhaps I didn't understand. Either way, I'm happy with the lighting overall, but not 100%."
