"Big shout out to Dil and Cruise for doing a splendid job . They were very courteous, patient enough to listen to my concerns and very friendly. "lst off the guys broke the sprayer on the end of my hose when they were mixing concrete I guess. It was old, but they did not mention the breakage. The work that was accomplished look good! If it keeps the water out of the basement, then they are rated at a 5. Have to wait and see. It is truly hard to evaluate the job except on appearance. They just finished the job a couple of hours ago."

"My front walkway had sunk unevenly at either end and was at minimum a tripping hazard much less ugly to see. Due to the fact that a large koi pond was only a foot away from the walkway i was extremely skeptical of the possible damages from any type of repair / replacement of walkway, however Robert and the crew at Elevated Concrete Lifting was more than professional and took into consideration the integrity of the pond and more importantly the fish, everything was properly covered so that any debris would not contaminate the water. Concrete leveling is absolutely worth it if you have sunken concrete slabs and want to restore them to level, especially if the slab is part of your home foundation. If you also treat the underlying problem, it can be a worthwhile and permanent solution.

Polyjacking can be a permanent solution to sunken concrete if you also address the underlying issue—like poor drainage—at the same time. Your sunken concrete issue will likely return if you don’t couple polyjacking with proper drainage to prevent future soil movement and sinking.

It’s best not to perform mudjacking in the winter unless the ground temperature remains above freezing. Freezing temperatures can cause the slurry to harden too quickly, compromising its strength and longevity. Concrete is also more susceptible to cracking and splitting in cold temperatures, so there’s a higher risk of damaging the slab during the drilling and lifting process in winter.
