Imperial Landscapes

All work was completed as per contract. the concrete work was fully satisfactory. Cleanup was not performed, however, including large chunks of concrete and bricks left on the grounds. Work performed met expectations. It did take longer than expected (2-1/2 months) for the work to be completed. A year later, I have large holes in the yard that are from rotting railroad ties that were supposed to have been removed, but were not.

I contracted with Andrew King of Imperial Landscapes to do a major landscape project in my back yard this summer. Other than rain delays, which was no fault of his, I am extremely pleased with the end result. The project included a dry creek bed to help with drainage, the removal of 7 trees, re-grading the property to direct water into the creek bed, sod, and a new fence. The neighbor behind had a tree growing right on the fence line that needed to be removed. Andrew went over and talked with him about removing the tree and grinding the stump to which he agreed. I paid for the fence and the tree removal. All equipment access was through my property so that the neighbor's property would not be impacted. The fence was 18 years old and was the original so it needed to be replaced. Of the three estimates I got before hiring Andrew, he was the only one who seemed to really catch a vision of what I wanted to do. He listened, made suggestions and he and his crew put in long hours to transform a backyard with too many trees, no grass, and standing water into a backyard I can be proud of. Andrew took great care in bringing his equipment in without leaving much of any footprint. The crew cleaned up everyday. I found Andrew to be conscientious about doing the job well and wanting me to be pleased with the end result. He knows landscaping and is very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a professional who is experienced and knowledgeable. He will work tirelessly to please his customers. I would definitely use Imperial Landscapes again.

I intend to have Colby return in the fall to trim my larger bushes .

After some difficulty making contact, work was done accurately and fixed the problem. Staff were very good to work with.

Andrew put in a patio that was not right and water runs back to the patio door and during a heavy rain we get water in back door. Won't communicate with me anymore to fix problem! I do not recommend. Not insured for problems with work and Will not communicate.

Cleaning out attics and carports is not the focus of Imperial's business, but they were the only insured people I could find in the Jackson area to do this. Andrew had quote & contract; he and his associates were prompt, courteous, and were great with a very large and unpleasant job. I would definely use them again for "junk removal", and will probably use them for landscaping--their real job-- as well.

Andrew is very friendly and works with your scheudle to make the work happen. He is very honest and hardwroking.

Imperial was a very professional business and treated me very well. I was impressed with the friendly nature of the business owner who came to estimate the job and very satisfied with the price. I was quoted a fair price for the job and when they were finished, the price was even less than quoted. Friendly, quality service. Will use again.

Beware! Beware! I would NOT recommend this company because they are VERY expensive (he talked me into hourly) and even though Mr. King assured me at least two times that we would walk the place together to make sure I was satisfied, that never happened. I was told that he would tell me when the project got to a certain $ amt, but he didn't tell me until after it was past that amount, and there were still trees to be hauled off and cleanup to be done. He got his money and it took three weeks to get him to come back for the promised cleanup; he exhibited aggravation w/me; the cleanup was very shabby. I have to pay someone else to finish!

Mr. King and his employees did an outstanding job! They were very professional and very detailed in their work. We will definitely use them again for other projects.

Mr. King gave us a fair bid, showed up on the correct date, on time, and completed the project quickly and skillfully. I highly recommend this contractor.

Nice layout of the work before it was done and the pricing was detailed per item and I even had additional work done because of his expertise and eagerness to help. This man does what he says he will do and I recommend him 120%. Thanks to Andrew and his staff.

They did a great job!! Were very quick in getting to our jobsite to get the work done. The only thing I would recommend is to bring all equipment needed in one trip so they won't have to come back to finish. Great attitude! We WILL use them again!

Very thorough and professional in his approach to the work contracted for. The work was accomplished in the time frame promised. If I need this type of service again, I will definitely use Imperial. Most important to me was that the owner is a Christian. Charles R Graves
