Joe, his installer, was punctual, courteous and performed his work with pride, attention to detail and exceptionalism. Richard was also accommodating in doing some additional drywall work in another room while on site at a fair price. This is the first review I have written in 45 years as a homeowner. "I had old, leaky tuckpointing on a wall of my home. I had full tuckpointing done on that wall and waterproofing done. The problems I was having have been resolved with the new tuckpointing. I was very happy with the job. My only complaint is that I recently discovered the downspout was not properly reattached. They put a screw in with no anchor so the screw isn't actually holding the gutter to the house. I am going to have to get an anchor and fix that. That is pretty minor, overall I am very happy with the job. I was also very happy Marlon took the time to come to my home when I was home so I was able to explain to him and show him the problems I was having. Other places didn't want to take the time to do that."
