"While I was very pleased with the design and installation process, the post-installation service is not responsive. One day after going live, the new Franklin WH battery system that was recommended started causing issues with production. They have been out twice to work on it, but only after multiple contacts and pleading. Currently, I have a $24K battery system I had to power down just to keep the solar system going. Unfortunately, they recommended (and I agreed) to install this cutting edge solution based on faulty manufacturer advice. Supposedly it is compatible with Enphase but in reality it is not, so it is not not their fault. I just wish there was as much energy put into getting the system operational as there seems to be with getting the system installed."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. A to Z also converted our wood burning fireplace into an infrared electric fireplace and custom built trim to hold the new fireplace in the opening. My husband and I are elderly and the wood fireplace was of no use to us due to the physical aspects of carrying wood and cleaning ash. The electric fireplace is the perfect solution to add warmth while keeping the utility bills low!
