"Nick and his team replaced leaky gutters on my screened porch that had been improperly installed when the porch was built several years ago. "I was concerned about my elderly parents climbing ladeers and cleaning gutters (every fall and spring) decided to go with TriState Gutters. Wow! Great service, went above and beyond explaining everything to my parents. The install went smoothly, they even called and told them they were running behind a few hours finishing another job. Every visit from the initial visit and estimate to the repair, monitoring of work, and followup by the manager were timely, thorough, performed precisely with outstanding results. "John Adams came out to give me an estimate on a roof replacement and repair. He showed up on time and on the day that he promised. He gave me the actual estimate during his visit and walked me through the materials that they would use, how long the work would take and when he was available to do the work.
This was the highest estimate but I would have used them "hands down" if I wasn't going to sell my house. If this was going to be my forever home I wouldn't use anyone but Southern Grace Exteriors to do the roof replacement/repairs.
