Between that and start date, the communication was horrid. I had zero idea of what was going on for over 2 months. The crew that showed up didn't communicate when they were going to be there, to include on a daily basis. WORST OF ALL***The crew built the deck correctly, but the craftsmanship was non-existent. I did not see one person on the crew use any king of a straight edge to cut a board. We literally had the production manager (who was awesome) bring them out 4-5 extra times until we were satisfied. Even now it has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I would never again pay for this company to do anything, as what the salesman claims doesn't match what the actual laborers are capable of. Thank God I do like the way this looks. It was VERY EXPENSIVE."

"I hired Vince Anderson of Fence and Concrete Masters to redo my front deck on my house. He started work approximately March of 2024. As of today, 9/22/2025 it is still unfinished and he has not responded to my attempts at contact since October 2024. Most of it has to be redone. Which has been extremely frustrating and expensive because no one wants to finish a messed up job. All previous reviews I?ve read since then (my mistake of not researching him prior) he has rebuttals putting off everything back into his customers. He is a master at BS and reflecting blame in order to avoid responsibility for his messes. I paid the deposit of $3,500 plus an additional $2,000 part way into his mess, which was to go to materials and supplies of which I only have approximately $1,000 worth of wood materials. They would come and work a day at a time about once every 2-3 weeks. I would have to call him and then they would show up for a few hours. In October 2024 he completely stopped responding."
