This company has raised their rates twice in the last 3 years. You pay them 3 months in advance. when I called to cancel for a service that was $18 a quarter cheaper I had only used 2 of the months that I had paid for. They refused to refund that last month's prepaid service stating that they had an unwritten policy of only returning payments if a customer is moving. I told them I would let everyone know that.

They are located near here. We pay quarterly. I don't recall the exact price but we just negotiated a new price. They are great. They are always here when they should be and they do what they are supposed to do. We have been using them for four years.
