"Be careful before doing business with this company. Make sure you take very detailed pictures of all surrounding areas before any work gets started. You will need them as proof if they damage any area not explicitly being worked on and will not take any accountability if they do damage other areas like windows, wallls, and ceiling. You are on your own for the repairs. In addition, there were multiple communication and knowledge gaps in some basic areas of scheduling and permit management. I was even told that they had moved on from my project before final inspection was completed when I had a simple question regarding the inspection. Very lacking in customer service and now have lost confidence in the work and warranty should additional issues arise."

His team was on time, and took out the old tub and installed a walk-in tub . Other companies give us bids but we went with Gary's tub, not just for the lower price but the tub sold us. Roger was a God send when we had issues with our Florida home due to water damage in our kitchen and master bath. Once the mitigation was done and pipes were fixed, Roger came to our rescue and restored and remodeled our home. He replaced the drywall in the kitchen, bath, and garage. Took out a fireplace which we never used to make a nook for our stove and cabinets which he ordered and installed from a picture in a catalog! He provided us samples of flooring and again took care of all the details. The finishing touch to our new kitchen was the installation of new LED lights. Thanks to Roger and his team, we love our home again! The Handy Man and his team are the best! They are courteous, dependable, hard-working and honest. Roger was a blessing during our time of need."

He continually ran out of money through the project and kept forwarding money on the contract and then finally he just didn't ever show up and did not complete the project. I tried to contact him several times but he did not respond. So basically we're out of money from whatever we had paid him. I just wanted people to be aware of that."
