"This is the 4th or 5th time we have used ATS for either maintenance or repairs.  This was our third repair.  We used them the first time because our home warranty recommended them and have continued to use them since our warranty expired.  During maintenance, they found a faulty part that was causing our heater to have to work harder and kick on more.  David explained the pros/cons for either waiting for the part to completely stop working, or repairing now.  We chose to repair now.  I really like that they always send out the same guy if possible.  I have had David for all but one maintenance time and have been incredibly satisfied.
