"Fantastic experience. Flexible with scheduling. Thorough inspection and very informative - Jacob is very knowledgeable about historic brick homes in the area. My home was drastically renovated prior to me purchasing and I had always had some concerns about the structure. Some recent anomalies made me decide to hire an engineer to inspect. I know have piece of mind and documented confirmation that the home is structurally sound. Pricing was very reasonable - just an awesome interaction overall."

"Want to go on record to say that service was excellent from initial contact and a thorough timely evaluation and appraisal with supporting documentation. I found the work to be very professional and was done in an expedient fashion. Company was very transparent in pricing and I found their actual pricepoint to be more than fair for the final rendered report. That said, I would gladly use this company again if I had the need."

I'm really happy with them, Happy with my roof. Glad I had them to do my roof, they all are good to work with Nice people! I live in Perryville, so I worried about the distance, but that was no problem,"

"The Summit team did an exceptional job of communicating before, during and after our house inspection. They were clear on what they needed to do and the time frame it would take to do such tests. Also, during each conversation, I was told in multiple ways the types of things that could be going on with our house and all of the things to be watching for in the future. Definitely worth our time, energy and money."

"Randy Smith with Foundation Recovery Systems in the St. Louis area provided fantastic customer service! Knowledgeable about the products, thorough with explanations/inspections/processes, easy to talk with and ask questions."

"The crawlspace of our 1930s home is small and challenging. Acculevel did a great job removing the old logs and stones that were holding up our floor joists, and replaced them with steel jacks. The men who performed the work were very hard workers. I corresponded with Acculevel via email after the work was performed to get photos and questions answered prior to us paying the invoice. They were very patient in answering all of our questions. It has only been a week, so I can't say whether the work will hold up, but so far our floors seem less squeaky! The only thing I would have changed is the fact that the vapor barrier they installed is not taped at the seams or walls. If you want it taped, make sure to ask for that during the quoting phase."

"Friendly, punctual, reasonably priced, very professional, thorough, informative but not alarmist. A great inspection. I would recommend Mr. Mike Mills and New Chapter Home Inspections to anyone. We will definitely be using them again in the future. James E. Joyce, Realtor RE/Max Results agent"
