"Our foundation was failing. It was pushed in 4 1/2 " in one space which was crowding our sewer lines, doors sticking, and a gap between the wall and ceiling. There was also sagging brick and pressure on exterior door. We called FRS, they came out, the process was smooth with Jared. He was in contact with us while we waited for the crew to come out. The crew showed up on time, let us know everything they were doing. We had questions and they answered fully and were very accomodating. Josh's crew and especially his foreman Chad stayed on top of everything and got the job done quickly and efficiently. This job was completed in 2 days with the finishing dirt work being completed by Josh himself. They scheduled a landscaping crew to come out in the spring and supplied us with a solid date before they left the premisis. Yes this was quite an expense but for the lifetime warranty, the job they did, and the peace of mind it is worth every penny we spent. FRS will be back out in 1 year to check and make sure the wall is still where it should be and will do adjustments if needed.
