"Recently, we had to have a 150 year old Oak Tree removed. The tree had an enormous canopy which provided shade for our patio and also kept the sun from shining directly into our family room. Daveâ ¦owner of the companyâ ¦came out and detailed several approached to mitigating the issue. We decided on an awning that was approximately 13.5 ft. wide by 11 ft. deep. It had a motor to extend and retract the awning and also has a feature that will retract the awning ini strong wind gusts. The awning is beautiful and effective. Dave and his son did the installation personally. We couldnâ  t be more pleased as the project was delivered on time and is beautiful. Underpromised and overdelivered! They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
