"These people are crooks! I gave them a $6,500 down payment for a $21,000 roof on a house I was selling. They said "sure, we can get it done." Two months later, no roof, no call, no nothing. You’d also need to remove the existing shower, waterproof the walls, and install fixtures to create a more open, curbless shower space.
