Ryan and his crew were exceptional to work with. We needed an old concrete porch removed as it was becoming dangerous. Ryan gave us several options to replace it, and the one we chose looks fabulous. Start to finish, Ryan communicated with us about every aspect of the job. We will be hiring him for future projects, too!

Ryan rebuilt our very large deck, took a little while with weather. It looked good but the railing wood started to warp severely after a couple months. He did come back to repair it a couple times but then volunteered to replace all the railing wood and metal balusters without charge. It looks great and we’re very happy with his work and work ethic! This company was real personal and professional.

I hired Ryan to build a screened-in deck at our new house in Nixa. The deck was 16 x 16 with a double pitched roof, exterior stairs, and some electrical outlets. Shingles and gutters were out of his scope. We had mostly good experiences with Ryan until the end of the job. He showed up when he was supposed to and contacted us on the few days he could not be onsite. The missed days were mostly weather-related. The work on the deck and roof looks great. He was meticulous in getting everything square, and the structure looks great. The double pitch on the roof was extremely difficult to layout, and Ryan made it look good. There were some gaps we needed to seal along with the shingles, but they are water-proof. The problem was with the electricity. We agreed that we would have a ceiling fan, 4 outlets, 3 exterior lights, and one light switch. A couple of these items were outside the scope of the project, but Ryan agreed to add them. The issue was that the original work and the extra scope were not completed per code and did not pass inspection. Ryan indicated that electrical was not his strong point and that he would bring in an electrician to fix it, thinking $200 would cover it. The electrician said the cost would be $600 due to the multiple code issues. We might have come to some type of compromise based on his extra work, but it was all wrong. It was at this point that Ryan ghosted us (took the money and ran). He refused to return texts and emails, and we were forced to hire the electrician at our expense to fix his errors. This was a $25k job, and he did not finish. If you hire Ryan, I would keep 10 20% of the payment until it is 100% complete. It was our failure to pay in full before the final inspection was complete, and it cost us $600. Do not let him quote any electrical work that requires city or county inspection.

Personable and professional. Good craftsmanship and skill. Ryan and his crew were respectful of my home and completed the job in the expected time, weather permitting.
