Yes, the job they did is beautiful, and professional…However, if we were on a time constraint we would have included a completion date on the contract with the option to back out if the date was not met. We were given the impression that the project was going to be started within weeks of signing the contract and just like everything else during the pandemic this job was not started for several months. We absolutely understand that things happen (particularly the last two years), but also believe that good communication and transparency are incredibly important and felt that was lacking after we signed the contract. Hopefully it was a learning experience for all. In terms of the actual construction and installation of the patio Eric and Nate the two in charge. They were amazing! I cannot say enough about these two guys! They were very communicative throughout the whole process making sure that what we wanted was what we got.
