"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

He gave me some tips on spot cleaning because I am moving in with two cats. A very knowledgeable man with a pleasant personality. I felt he was reasonable with the price also. "It was a life changing service. Met with Albert on a Monday and the quote process was very smooth. I could tell right away that Albert has a passion for what he does and when you hear the back story on how he formed the company, it makes perfect sense why his work ethic is so strong. We hired Sol's and they came out that Saturday. Albert, his wife, and his daughter spent about 10 hours in our home cleaning the air ducts and 2 A/C & Furnace units. Not only were they courteous and respectful of our home, they were very friendly, dedicated, and openly communicated about their process as well as how our ducts were looking. Before they started, according to the pics taken by Albert, the ductwork upstairs look like it had a layer of snow (due to the previous owner doing drywall work while the A/C was running). It was completely spotless afterwards. And downstairs... OMG! The house we bought was built in 1939 and has probably never had the ductwork cleaned. According to the pics, it literally looked like mounds of really old blown-in insulation in an old attic. But it was in our ductwork! And they found a couple of petrified mice too hanging out in there. I suffer from allergies big time and noticed that I had trouble breathing when we moved in... And after having Sol's clean our air ducts, I can breathe easier and the home literally smells clean and sanitized, which they do sanitize the ductwork at the end of the cleaning. My wife and I are very grateful to Sol's and their attention to detail... even hand-cleaning the A/C fan blades and soaking/sanitizing the vent & return covers. We could not have made a better decision for our health and we are very honored and proud that Sol's performed the work."
