"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

"For what I paid, I was happy with the work they did in cleaning out the dryer vent. My only complaint is that they didn't tell me that the vent at the exterior of the house was full and not cleaned. If this wasn't part of the service, that's ok. But I would have liked to have know that it still needed to be done. I cleaned it out myself a week or two after their visit. Very helpful staff both on the phone and in person."
